Wrestling Camp Media Curriculum

Character, Unique Gimmicks, and Physical Storytelling Study Guide

Welcome Parents!

At our youth wrestling camp, we believe that observing classic physical performances is an excellent way for young athletes to understand spatial awareness, pace, coordination, and physical expression. Professional wrestling matches serve as "kinetic stories" showing how athletes overcome obstacles, handle competitive pressure, and display sportsmanship. All selected material is family-friendly (rated PG-13 or lower) and values safety and technical skill above risky maneuvers.
